I ordered an xbox one controller on the 17th December 2018 it stated that shipping would be £3.80 and would take 7-10 days. I waited for my shipping email and tracking number never came so the 29th I emailed to see what was going on.

I got an email from customer support with my shipping details on the 2nd January (it was the weekend and new year so was ok) I then waited until the 9th January and got a card in the mail to say I couldn't have my item until I paid £11.12 customs fee which I've never had to pay before when ordering from abroad. I received my controller today (10th Jan) and its been tampered with the case isn't flush like it should be and bits of plastic in the box so all in all not happy will not order from again and advise people to stay away
