I Ordered 6 toys for relatives (fingerlings) for Christmas.They claimed they were in stock.

This is Jan.19and I still dont have my order and getting the run around. They dont have a problem charging my card but no toys. They even had the nerve to say 5-15 days from shipping date....the day I received the email was already beyond the 15 days.! This co.

is a rip off and co. like this should not be allowed to do business. DONT BUY FROM ZAPALS!!!!!! The children are so disappointed and zapals just keep giving me the run around.

I tried to work with them but it is obvious that they are scamming people.

I encourage people to make complaints against co.that do this we need to protect the consumers.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Lied, Didnt delivered bad cs, Zapals should get no star for ratings and that is not offered.
